frequently asked questions

How will I receive my loops after checkout and payment?

Customers will receive an instant download link direct to their specified email. Check your inbox and spam folders. We will be happy to re-send lost download links.

Are loops and samples royalty free?

Loops and samples are royalty free for selling beats which contain the samples. This includes leases and exclusives. One shots are completely royalty free.

As for placements with artists on major labels and / or major releases - all musical loops and samples must be cleared with the owner / creator of that sample. You can email us at wavvvyinc@gmail.com and we can link you directly with the creators.

These loops and samples are intended for song releases via DSPs and other distribution methods. If you'd like to use them for TV, film, live performance or any other use please contact us.

All files in the packs are 100% owned by the original creators, unless specified.

Do you issue refunds?

All purchases are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms. We will take on board feedback you may have in terms of what kind of music, loops, styles and creators you are interested in hearing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Wavvvy accepts all major credit cards and debit cards - VISA, Mastercard, American Express, etc; as well as Apple Pay and a host of other services.

Can I sell my packs with Wavvvy?

Wavvvy welcomes pack submissions from up coming producers - we will not reply to all but will listen to everything. If we hear something we like we will contact you.

Do I need to clear the musical samples / loops?

The creator of each individual kit is entitled to a royalty/performance split percentage if the beat gets placed with a major artist and/or major label or streams in excess of 1 million. As for producers uploading beats using the sounds as well as selling them, the split is not necessary and you may credit at your discretion.

What format will your samples and loops come in?

.wavs either at 16 or 24bit
